Yes, this is available and in fact I am already using it - I use cohesive gel implants by Mentor. For the initial recovery, one week is enough and most people go back to office work after 3-5 days even.

Spider veins and cellulite are different. For the first we can treat with RF [which we have] or by laser, which is done by the dermatologist at Welcare. Regarding cellulite, advise can be given after consultation. 

Yes, treatment is possible. For dark underarms, the treatment by creams will be slow and some improvement can be expected. Dermatologist may be able to offer additional input. In short you need to see derma and plastic surgeon as well.

Double chin can be improved by lipo but sometimes more is needed and so it is difficult to give estimates without seeing the person. So kindly contact the hosp number for an appointment [Welcare - 04 2827788]. Liposuction can remove the superficial fat effectively and also tighten the skin somewhat. 

If the muscles are sagging and if there is deep fat/small chin and such associated issues then combined procedures such as neck muscle tightening or chin implant will also be needed. I do much of these procedures through a key-hole incision under the chin using endoscope. One has to wear a chin strap for 3 weeks to help mould the skin into the new shape. There will be bruise and swelling for 5 days. Hosp stay is not needed. Off work about 1 week.

If the person is not careful with diet /exercise and continues to put on weight then they can accumulate in all areas except in the area of liposuction because there are no fat cells there. This is what is meant by accumulation in wrong areas. Lipo does not do that but it is the person’s tendency to accumulate fat due to increased intake and less exercise.

The discoloration may be due to one or more of many causes. It needs a consultation with a dermatologist. You may have to use sunblocks + bleaching agents for a long time. Meanwhile discontinue aftershave especially the ones with alcohol.

There is really no upper age, it depends on what type of plastic surgery is being planned and if that person's health status as opposed to mere chronological age permits that. In the very elderly usually simpler methods are used and the goals are limited.

This problem usually needs surgery to fix it. The surgery is called mastopexy. There are several ways to do it. The usual methods leave you with significant scars, which may not be a good thing for a girl planning to get married in 7 months. But in suitable cases I can do this through special techniques where the scar is only around the nipple-areola. The internal gland is reshaped and made tighter; excess skin is removed and upper fullness in re-created. 

Sometimes one has to use an implant as well, but mostly in young persons like you I will avoid an implant if possible. Creams do not work and there is no scientific proof for them. The results of breast lift operation are stable for many years. Operation is not painful and does not affect future breast-feeding ability.

For this pigment disturbance you need to see a skin doctor and not a plastic surgeon. Treatment is difficult but with patience improvement can be obtained. 

You may also need to consider learning to use special covering cosmetics like coverderm range, which can help you during social appearances.

If you have sufficient hair on the back of the head and have already lost most of the front hair, you can be a good candidate for hair transplant. However I will still see if medical treatment to the front areas is likely to be useful either alone or more likely together with hair transplant. 

The transferred hairs from the back are of different nature and do not participate in balding process. Once they "take" well in the new area, they are permanent.
