you think about opting for cosmetic surgery to improve your
appearance?
 Cosmetic
Surgery has been widely used nowadays for improving
appearance. If one is comfortable doing so and can afford it,
then fine they should go ahead. But real beauty lies inside
not outside... I believe and there are side effects too from
cosmetic surgery. If it makes you feel good about yourself, go
for it, if it boosts your ego, your personal appearance, go
for it!
